Slicer Berkel model 100 second series, restored Dutch original, model flywheel, red finish. The slicer and the base are both decorated in gold color. The machine has a flywheel open type that activates a gearing present in the base. They generate the moves the blade via a belt or chain is the sliding carriage by means of two connecting rods. Model includes the original base, and is available also without base. Series number: 145903. All our Berkel are numbered unique pieces, fully functional and restored. For the restoration we rely exclusively at authorized italian Berkel centers.
