The products sold on Areadocks.it are all strictly new, except for the items in the Vintage collection.


How much is Shipping ?

Shipping is FREE, in Italy for orders over € 150, please see "Delivery" page  


Do I need an account to place an order?

An email address is all you need to start the purchasing process. Create an Areadocks account to add your favorite brands and items to your wishlist and start buying easily.

I forgot my password, what should I do?

Follow the instructions on "Forgot your password?" on the login page and enter your email. You will receive a message with instructions.

How can I receive updates via email?

If you wish to stay informed about new arrivals, current trends and exclusive promotions, enter your email address at the bottom of the homepage. By logging into your account, you can personalize our communication with you.


How do I complete an order?

Here is a simple guide on shop.aredaocks.it

  1. Choose the category or designer from the drop-down menu. Alternatively click on Search to find a specific outfit or what you want.
  2. Select the size of the product you like and click on "Add to cart". Once you have chosen the items you like the most, proceed to checkout.
  3. Log in or sign up if you haven't done it yet. If you don't have an account, you can simply enter your email address.
  4. By entering your shipping address, payment method and shipping information, your order will be completed. Once the payment is confirmed, we will prepare it carefully and send it where you indicated.

Where can I find the advice on sizes?

Click on "Size Guide" to see the conversion table. Furthermore, we provide the sizes of the models wearing the products.


Can I order on the phone?

Yes, our Customer Service will be happy to help you complete your order by phone.


Can I cancel or change my order?

As your purchase will be ready for shipment, contact our Customer Service as soon as possible to cancel or make changes to the order. Unfortunately we are unable to add items to an existing order, but we encourage you to enter a new order for any additional pieces. Further information on canceling an order can be found in our returns policy.


Why am I required to enter the Fiscal Code?

By virtue of a new legislative decree, it has become mandatory to enter your tax identification number for all orders executed on shop.areadocks.it with shipping in Italy. If you want to know more, we invite you to read the Decree of the President of the Republic dated 26/10/1972 n. 633. In particular, the section dedicated to Art. 21, 2nd paragraph, letter e) and f) relating to the obligatory Fiscal Code for invoicing purposes.


I purchased an item on shop.areadocks.it Can I get information about my order?

Yes, all order details (payment status, purchase summary, shipping status, etc.) are available in the "Your orders" section, accessed from any page at the top right. For any information you can also contact us at customerservice@areadocks.it.
