Returns and refunds
If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, unused items can be returned for a change in size / color, store credit or refund within 15 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
- To request a return authorization, access the MY ACCOUNT section, enter the account details or the e-mail address and the order number. Select the order and the items to be returned and indicate the type of compensation desired. Once the procedure is complete, AREADOCKS will send a confirmation e-mail containing the shipping label and the instructions to follow to return the goods.
- The return shipment made with the courier indicated by AREADOCKS will be paid by the customer (Areadocks will arrange the pick up of the shipment and then will deduct the shipping cost from the refund). If the return is returned using a different courier, all costs will be borne by the customer.
- The return shipment must take place within 15 days of receipt of the order.
Areadocks will deduct from the refund:
- € 15 for returns from Europe
- € 20 for returns from US
- € 25 for returns from
- Australia, Canada, China, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, United Arab Emirates and others
3 types of compensation are available:
1. Exchange size / color
You can change only for a different size or a different color of the same item, if available. The new requested item can be returned following the same procedure.
As soon as the return is received and processed, a code of the total value of the returned items will be sent to the customer, to be used for subsequent purchases. In the case of free Express shipping, the amount of the Store Credit will correspond to that of the returned products. If, on the other hand, Express shipping was chosen by the customer at the time of purchase, this amount will not be included in the Store Credit.
The Store Credit:
- can only be used once within 3 months from the time of return;
- cannot be combined with other Store Credit;
- must be used entirely in an order of equal or greater value.
The refund will be made as soon as the return arrives at the AREADOCKS warehouses and the items will be verified. For orders paid by credit card, the amount refunded will be available to customers in about 10 days, and will still be visible on the next card statement. The timing may vary slightly depending on the banking system of the credit card used.
For orders paid by Paypal or by bank transfer the amount will be returned to the original account. The refund will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount due to exchange rate fluctuations cannot be reimbursed.
In the case of free Express shipping, the refund amount will correspond to that of the returned products.
If instead Express shipping was paid by the customer at the time of purchase, this amount will NOT be included in the refund.
